Part One
The General Manifesto
Article One: Name and Definition
Name: Kurdistan Islamic Union (KIU)
Definition: KIU is a national and reformative party which strives for building a developed community and a just authority.
Article Two: Location
Kurdistan-Iraq
Article Three: Logo and Mission
Logo: Shaking hands inside a crescent moon and a snow- covered peak.
Mission: Freedom, Brotherhood and Justice
Article five: The general principles
1- The Islamic values and principles as well as the established humane values are the milestones of our political actions.
2- Serving and protecting humans and their individual rights and freedom, without discrimination, is one of our main duty and we consider the universal declaration of the Human Rights as mankind success.
3- Good and educated citizen is the foundation of any reform, development and changes in the society.
4- Kurd is an independent nation which has own identity and is part of the Muslim Ummah (nation) and has the right to determine its future and be a member nation of the international community and its associations.
5- People of Kurdistan consist of one family refuting any sense of discrimination, prejudice and supremacy among themselves. Kurdistan is the homeland for all, a dwelling for all the ethnicities and various religious denominations. They all have their share from the natural resources and revenues.
6- Fundamental reformation in the political, economic and administrative aspects, revitalizing the rule of judicial authority and protecting the independence of the courts are all guarantees to development, prosperity and tackling corruption.
7- Active participation of women in politics and social reforms and establishing their complementary role along with men.
8- Providing suitable environment in order for the youths to develop their talents and capabilities as they are immediate human assets and the future foundation.
9- The history and tradition of Islam are limited human experience under the elements of time and specific place. Making use of these sources is bound to their suitability and response to the needs of the present era and understanding the hierarchical objectives of Islam.
10- Strengthening the reformative role of mosques and the status of Islamic scholars and protecting their rights and social leadership positions.
11- People are the source of power. Political pluralism, peaceful transition of power, founding parliamentary system, establishing democratic principles and impartiality of government are the foundation of social peace and political stability.
12- Good and just governance is an Islamic objective and a life-needed matter for securing the political, economic and social rights of citizens.
Article five: Objectives
1- Attempting to constitutionalize the political life in the Kurdistan region via redrafting the constitution by reaching national consensus and accepting it in a way that would lay a foundation for a democratic and parliamentary system in which all the individual and public freedom, human rights and decentralized administration are upheld and the Islamic identity of the majority are protected.
2- Striving to safeguard the constitutional rights, achieving the overall rights of the people of Kurdistan, defending the Kurdish cause and endeavouring to gain the support of the regional Islamic force and the various mediums towards the cause and a just solution.
3- Striving to return the detached districts onto Kurdistan region and affirm the border of Kurdistan region.
4- Working to form a balanced relationship between Kurdish community and the neighbouring communities in order to accomplish peace and justice by resolving the Kurdish cause and finding a new form of coexistence.
5- Supporting the national Kurdish cause in the other parts of Kurdistan in order to achieve their rights and resolve their cause through peaceful and democratic means.
6- Supporting the political, civic, ethnic and religious rights of Turkmans, Kildans, Assurians, and Yezidis and the rest of the ethnic and religious groups in Kurdistan.
7- Working to nationalize all the national institutions of the Kurdistan region and make them independent of all the groups and forces and end the party hegemony and intrusion on them.
8- Refuting the sectarian and ethnic supremacy in the new Iraq and striving to erase the trace of dictatorship and spreading the culture of democracy, human rights and peaceful and consensual coexistence among its constituents.
9- Working to achieve fundamental and conclusive reform, eradicate the roots of corruption, bring corrupts into prosecution, functionalize the monitoring role of parliament, public prosecution and financial inspection chamber and founding a national institute to fight corruption.
10- Endeavouring to re-devolve the power and wealth in the region and sustain political and social justice.
11- Attempting to affirm the concept of ‘individuality of the punishments’ and the court proceedings free and independent and equality of citizens in front of law and its power.
12- Encouraging and supporting free media and private journalism and defending the civic institutions and activating their roles to contribute in the bills drafting process, to monitor the performance of the governmental offices and to consolidate the spirit of democracy, tolerance and political pluralism in the society.
13- Defending the right of the poor, people with special needs and under low income in order to have a minimum dignified living standard and reinstating their wellbeing and providing social support scheme for the citizens of Kurdistan and finding job opportunities for them by the government.
14- Sustaining social reforms, eliminating the negative, outdated traditions, and misunderstanding of some religious texts, supporting the increased political, social, economical and educational participation of women and their lawful entitlements and political rights, ending the social injustice against them and attempting to change any law or situation which is against their God- given dignity.
15- Defending the family values and standing against domestic violence. Encouraging providing all forms of protection by government and protecting the rights of children.
16- Endeavouring to achieve educational reforms at the education-related institutions of the region, granting priority from the public fund, raising the academic and educational level of students, signifying the professional role of teachers and facilitating a suitable learning atmosphere at the educational institutions.
17- Attempting to adopt a new strategy for education which meets the requirements of scientific and academic modernization of curriculum in the region and be consistent with the highest values of the Kurdish society.
18- Working to strengthen patriotic affiliation of youths, expand their political contribution, protect them from deviance and drugs taking and introduce a national policy that could respond to their aspirations and expectations and promote their capabilities.
19- Working to draft a clear nationalistic policy for the economy, reinforce the infrastructure and agricultural sector, revitalize and support the local product, bring manipulation to an end at some of the economic sectors, remove the constrains and obstacles from the private sector and apply free market policy along with protecting the rights of workers, consumers and local investors and supporting the low income groups.
20- Supporting the movement which aims to theorize and modernize the Islamic intellect as well as the inter-dialogue between the diverse political and intellectual perspectives and the KIU writers and thinkers.
21- Calling to further vitalize and adhere to the Islamic values on individual and societal level and promote the spirit of good citizenship and moderate thinking in the community.
22- Attempting to change the national health system in the region and protect the environment of Kurdistan.
Part Two
Internal Code of Practice
Article Six: Adherence to the Internal Code of Practice
1- This Code is the regulatory set of law which organizes the relations and activities of all the institutes, establishments and members’ networks within the party.
2- Women quota which guarantees %25 of their participation, is adopted in all organized units, institutes and bureaux of the party.
Article Seven: The meetings
The meetings of all the institutes and units are accepted by the attendance of (%50+1) from the qualified members of the meetings.
Article Eight: Membership Requirements
All citizens of the Kurdistan region and Iraq; in and out of the country have the right of membership without discrimination provided:
1- They are not under 16 years old.
2- They consent to the principles and objectives of the party and are of good character.
3- They are not member of any other political party.
4- They are advocated by two referees in the party.
5- They complete membership application form and sign it.
Article Nine: Convention
1- is the highest authority in the party , held every 4 years.
2- Convention members include:
- The founding members of the party.
- The general secretary, members of: the leadership council, the supreme board of monitory and advisory council in the running term.
- Head of the centres and subsidiary establishments.
- Members of the bureaux and institutes in accordance with the party’s guidelines.
- Heads and elected representatives of the foundations and associations.
- The elected members in the electoral zones.
- The members holding parliamentary and governmental posts in their running terms.
- The members who are selected by the leadership council provided they do not exceed % 5 of the total members of the convention.
3- Convention membership requirement is the minimum five year affiliation to the party.
4- The power and duties of the convention are:
- Presenting the general report of the party.
- Approving the general manifesto and strategy of the party.
- Electing the general secretary from the members by two-thirds majority vote.
- Electing members of the supreme board of monitory by simple majority vote.
- Electing members of the leadership council from its members by simple majority vote.
- Dissolving or uniting with another party by two-thirds majority vote of the members.
- Decision making is approved by absolute majority vote (50%+1)
Article Ten: Conference
1- Conference is a broad meeting which is held in between two conventions.
2- The members attend are:
The general secretary, members of leadership council, supreme board of monitory and advisory council, heads of the bureaux and subsidiary establishments and centres and branches, officers at the bureaux and institutes and secretariat and centres and party-associated organizations by %50 participation of their members, representatives of the branches, party associated-professional groups and media persons, and members occupying special governmental posts in their running terms.
3- The powers and duties of the conference:
- Reviewing and assessing the performance of the party and its political stance during the last two years.
- Making necessary recommendations to the leadership council for the forthcoming period in both political and internal operational aspects of the party organs.
Article Eleven: The General Secretary
1- S/he is the number one person leading the party, head of the political bureau and chairs the council of directors.
2- Person Specification
- To have completely served two terms at minimum as a politico-bureau member.
- can only hold the post for two successive terms.
- not less than 40 years old.
- When the post becomes vacant due to any reason which prevents the general secretary to perform his/her duty, an acting person shall be elected in a mutual meeting of the leadership council and supreme board of monitory and should receive two-thirds vote and serve for no more than a year.
3- Powers and Duties
- Representing the party and acting as a spokesperson within the general party policies.
- Calling out for emergency meeting of the leadership and directors councils and supreme board of monitory.
- General supervision of the operational work of both leadership and directors councils.
- Approving membership application forms and dismissal from the party.
- When necessary, calling out members, party establishments and associations and their heads for questioning.
- Holding monthly meeting with the council of directors.
- S/He is authorized to attend the meetings of any establishments in the party except for the supreme board of monitory.
Article Twelve: the General Secretary’s Assistants
1- The general secretary shall have two secretaries who are elected from the council of leadership members.
2- They assist the general secretary with undertaking his/her duties in both:
- Party internal affairs.
- Supervision of the affairs of the party representatives at the councils and the governmental posts.
3- Due to their respective position, they participate in the meetings of the politico- bureau and council of the directors.
4- The assistant is required to have served a term in the leadership council.
Article Thirteen: Leadership Council
1- It is the highest authority inside the party for planning and formulating the general strategy between the two conventions.
2- It consists of 35 members and 2 substitutes who are elected in the convention by taking provincial representativeness and maintaining balance into account.
3- Membership Requirements are:
- They are not less than 25 years old.
- They have joined as members of the party for not less than 9 years.
- They have a political perceptive, an Islamic awareness, practical experience and leadership aptitude.
4- Powers and Duties of Leadership Council
- Electing a chairperson at the first meeting within a week from council members by absolute majority vote (%50+1).
- Electing a minute taker by simple majority vote at the first meeting of the council.
- Electing politico bureau members by absolute majority vote (%50+1) at the first meeting of the council.
- Electing two assistants for the general secretary by absolute majority vote at the first meeting of the council.
- Electing heads of the centres, bureaux, subsidiary establishments from the council members and voting on the candidates for leading roles who proposed by politico bureau members for the leading roles and are not council members.
- Forming short-term commissions for implementing specific tasks and recommendations.
- Making decision on participation and/or nonparticipation in the government cabinet by conferring with the heads of the centres and provinces.
- Deciding on candidates for parliamentary, ministerial and special posts by conferring with the heads of the centres and provinces.
- Taking and making political decisions by two-thirds majority vote on the significant issues by conferring with the head of the centres.
- Approving political coalition with other political parties and forces by two-thirds majority vote and in consultation with the party centres.
- Approving the party budget.
- Preparing and presenting a draft of the party manifesto and internal code of practice to the forthcoming convention in consultation with the bureaux, establishments and provincial leadership.
- Calling out for holding an emergency convention on the request of two-thirds of the council members.
- Calling out for holding an emergency meeting on the request of one-third of the council members.
- Suspending individual council members by two-thirds majority vote.
- Approving initiatives for opening new party centres.
- Questioning the general secretary, the two assistants, politico bureau members and president and members of the leadership council itself.
- Using the legitimate power to postpone a due convention for no more than a year by the agreement of two-thirds of the members.
- Accepting the operational guidelines for the bureaux and establishments.
- Discussing and assessing the reports of the bureaux, establishments and centres.
- Indicating the number of the Advisory Board members.
- Re-electing the head of the Leadership Council, the two assistants for the general secretary, the politico bureau members, heads of the centres, bureaux and other institutes at the first meeting of the council after the conference.
- When necessary, the council has the power to merge or terminate or create some party organs and establishments by two-thirds majority vote.
5- The normal council meeting is quarterly and legally bound when 2/3 of members are present.
Article Fourteen: The head of the leadership council
1- The head of the council is elected from the council members at the first meeting by absolute majority vote.
2- The head must have served a full term (at least) in the leadership council.
3- Powers and duties of the council head are:
- Preparing the agenda for the council meetings in consultation with politico bureau.
- Informing the members to attend the council meeting.
- Chairing the council meetings.
- Supervising the special commissions formed by the council.
- Following and questioning the implementation of the decisions and recommendations made by the council.
- has the power to spend in accordance with the budget provided for the council.
Article Fifteen: Supreme Board of Monitory (SBM)
1- SBM is a board which follows and monitors and adjudicates upon the operation and activities and internal affairs of the party. It has the same entitlements of the leadership council.
2- Membership Requirements:
- They are not less than 40 years old.
- They have joined the party for not less than 9 years
- They have served a full term at the leadership council or they have expertise in one of the specific tasks of this board.
3- SBM consists of:
- Eleven members elected by the convention members.
- The head of the board is elected by confidential voting by the board members.
- The administrative group is formed out of the board members.
4- The normal meeting is held monthly.
5- The duties of the board are:
- Pursuing the decisions and recommendations of the politico bureau, leadership council and conferences.
- Supporting rights of the members and investigating their complaints.
- Supervising the internal election in the party.
- Adjudicating upon the internal issues in the party.
- Approving the resignation request of the general secretary and members of the leadership council.
- Presenting half-yearly report to the leadership council and their decisions are obligatory.
- Observing the compliance of members, establishments and the party’s organs to the general strategy, principles and internal code of practice of the party.
Article Sixteen: Politico Bureau
1- It is an executive bureau for implementing the decisions and recommendations of the leadership council. It supervises the general operation of the party and is accountable to the leadership council.
2- It consists of:
- 12 members who are elected by the leadership council at the first meeting within one week after closing convention.
- Politico bureau membership can be held for only two successive terms.
3- Powers and Duties:
- Implementing the decisions of the leadership council and politico bureau at all the bureaux, institutes and establishments of the party.
- Calling out for emergency meeting of the leadership council when necessary.
- Releasing statements and taking political stances.
- Individual members can represent the party and give statement about its decisions and stances, within the general strategies.
- Selecting candidates in consultation with leading members of the centres for the head of the centres who are not members of leadership council.
- Authorising to finance activities and investments in favour of the party.
- Appointing or changing bureaux members in consultation with the relevant bureaux.
- Decisions by the bureau are taken by absolute majority vote.
- The bureau holds meetings with the bureaux and centres in accordance with the internal guidelines of the bureau.
- The administrative group of the bureau is appointed in accordance with the internal guidelines of the bureau.
4- The normal meeting of the bureau is held monthly and is legally bound when 2/3 of the members are present.
Article Seventeen: Provincial Leadership Council (PLC)
1- PLC is one of the party’s high council which supervises the party’s operations and activities at the governorate level.
2- It consists of:
1- Head of PLC, who is a politico bureau member based in the province.
2- Members of the leadership council based in the province.
3- Heads of the party centres, bureaux, establishments and mediums.
4- Head of the party’s parliamentary bloc and members of city councils, municipalities and special governmental posts.
3- Powers and Duties
1- Planning programmes and mechanisms to implement the party’s policies in the province.
2- Implementing the decisions and recommendations given by the politico bureau, leadership council, establishments and subsidiary bureaux in the province.
3- Approving, supervising and supporting the party’s city council candidates.
4- Assessing the performance of the party’s centres and mediums within the province on half-yearly basis and supporting their activities.
5- Managing the election campaigns in the province.
6- Holding half-yearly meetings with the centre members and the party’s medium in the province.
7- Updating the politico bureau with reports and meeting outcomes of PLC.
4- The normal meeting is held monthly.
Article Eighteen: Advisory Board
1- It is an advisory group for making recommendations and proposals to the high establishments of the party.
2- The members of this group at both levels are chosen by the leadership council.
3- It consists of:
1- The founding members of the party.
2- Former leadership council members in the previous terms.
3- Holders of special posts in the previous terms.
4- Based on individual expertise and place of living, the Advisory Group are divided into two levels:
1- The Supreme Advisory Panel, whose members and numbers are decided by the leadership council.
2- Governorate Leadership level.
5- The first leading person in the advisory group at both levels is elected by absolute majority vote.
6- The first leading person in the governorate leadership will become the member of PLC.
Article Nineteen: Presidency Council
1- It is an assembly of the party’s high organ leaders for the purpose of coordination, discussion and integration of the party’s stance and decisions.
2- It consists of:
1- The general secretary and their two assistants.
2- The head of the supreme board of monitory.
3- The head of the leadership council.
4- The head of PLCs.
3- The normal meeting of the council is held monthly.
Article Twenty: Organization Bureau
It is an establishment which supervises education, training, organization, statistic and awareness of members in the party.
2- It consists of:
1- Head of the bureau
2- Four deputies for the head of the zones.
3- Six administrators
4- Four administrators for the zones.
3- The normal meeting is held monthly.
4- allowed to open new branch after receiving permission from the politico bureau.
5- They hold half-yearly meeting with the head of the centres.
Article Twenty One: Election Bureau
1- It is an establishment which makes plan for election process and provides its technical and legal needs.
2- It consists of:
1- Head of the bureau
2- Five administrators
3- Advisory staff
4- Party representatives in the governorates for affairs of the Commission of Election.
3- Powers and Duties
1- Coordination with the High Commission of Election and any other official agencies related to election process.
2- Drafting plan and procedures for election campaign in liaison with the leadership and provincial councils.
3- Preparing necessary statistic, data and questionnaire in regard with election.
4- Planning training and exercise programmes for the party representatives, observers and candidates making use of the international organisations specialised in election matters.
5- Studying the election results after the end of the election process.
4- The normal administrative meeting is monthly and the broad meeting of the bureau is quarterly.
Article Twenty Two: Bureau of the Public Call to Islam
1- It is an establishment which supervises the affairs related to the public call and spread of Islamic knowledge and awareness.
2- It consists of:
1- Head of the Bureau
2- 4-5 administrators
3- Three members for the zones affairs
3- The normal meeting is held quarterly.
4- Powers and Duties
1- Spreading the Islamic awareness in the public.
2- Taking care of and supporting the outstanding callers to Islam.
3- Providing training and education opportunities for the new callers and increasing their talents and skills.
4- Supervising all the associations and institutes such as (Islamic callers group, centres for memorisation of the holy Quran and the civic associations specialised in Islamic call) that undertake similar task of the public call to Islam.
5- Taking care of the discourse of calling to Islam and directing it in a systematic way.
Article Twenty Three: Media Bureau
1-It is an establishment which supervises all the media channels of the party.
2- It consists of:
1- Head of the bureau
2- Two/Three administrators
3- Two to four zones administrators.
4- Advisory staff
3- The normal meeting is held monthly.
Article Twenty Four: Relations Bureau
1- It is an establishment which supervises and organises the national and diplomatic relations of the party.
2- It consists of:
1- Head of the bureau
2- Three/Four administrators
3- The normal meeting is held monthly.
Article Twenty Five: Bureau of Profession-based Associations
1- It is an establishment which supervises the affairs of the professional groups and relevant associations and organisation.
2- It consists of:
1- Head of the bureau
2- Members of the bureau that include:
A- Three members as department administrators of the bureau.
B- Heads of the zones at the governorates level.
C- Heads of the central associations.
3- The normal meeting is held quarterly.
Article Twenty Six: Administrative and Finance Bureau
1- It is an establishment which supervises the administrative and financial arrangements at all the party establishments.
2- It consists of:
1- Head of the bureau
2- Head of the administrative units
3- Three administrators.
3- The normal meeting is held monthly.
4- Financial resources are:
1- Donations from the party members and supporters.
2- Any unconditional support.
3- Returns on the investment projects of the party.
4- The wealth that is endowed to the party.
5- The government grant funded in accordance with the political party acts.
6- The amount deducted from the income of the special post holders and it is assigned by the leadership council.
Article Twenty Seven: Sisters’ Affairs Bureau
1- It is an establishment which encompasses the matters specific to the sisters.
2- It consists of:
1- Head of the Bureau
2- Four administrators
3- They operate and undertake their activities in liaison with the relevant organisations.
4- The normal meeting is held quarterly.
Article Twenty Eight: Bureau of the Scholars and Islamic Knowledge
1- It is an establishment which is related with the scholars and Islamic knowledge.
2- It consists of:
1- Head of the bureau.
2- Five to Seven administrators.
3- It has three zones and each has two administrators.
3- The normal meeting is held quarterly.
Article Twenty Nine: Bureau of the Student and Youth Affairs
1- It is an establishment which embraces the affairs of students and youths.
2- It consists of:
1- Head of the Bureau
2- Four administrators
3- They operate and undertake their activities in liaison with the relevant organisations.
4- The normal meeting is monthly and the broad meeting is held quarterly.
Article Thirty: Bureau of the Social Affairs
1- It is an establishment specialised in social matters including social awareness, family matters and social relations inside the party as well as the community.
2- It consists of
1- Head of the bureau.
2- Three to four administrators.
3- The normal meeting is held quarterly.
Article Thirty One: Sport Foundation
1- It is a foundation which supervises the local sport clubs, centres and teams.
2- It consists of:
1- Head of the foundation.
2- Two to three administrators.
3- The normal meeting is held quarterly.
Article Thirty Two: Foundation of Higher Education and Scientific Research
1- It is a foundation which supervises the affairs of the university and academic institutions including lecturers, postgraduate students and academic researches.
2- Preparing and presenting reports, projects and proposals regarding the significant matters and political and social situations to the decision makers at the party.
3- It consists of:
1- Head of the foundation
2- Two administrators.
3- A high committee which supervises the branches and relevant aspects of the foundation functions.
4- The normal meeting is held quarterly.
Article Thirty Three: Zone
1- It is a party organ at provincial level which is initiated on the request of relevant bureaux and foundations and authorised by the politico bureau after consultation with the provincial leadership. It fulfils the plan and scheme of the provincial establishment and its bureaux.
2- It consists of:
1- Head of the zone.
2- Two to four administrators.
3- The meeting is held monthly with the sections of the centre.
Article Thirty Four: Centre
1- It is an establishment which supervises and manage the party operations and networks of the members within the remit of its activities.
2- It consists of:
1- Head of the centre.
2- An assistant.
3- Eight to Ten administrators.
4- Head of the branches
5- Centre committee members are appointed at the first meeting after the cabinet election of the centre.
3- The sections of the centre undertake their tasks via forming commissions.
4- The cabinet meeting of the centre is weekly and the normal general meeting is held every two months.
5- The centre can reshuffle its operation district within the centre area after gaining permission from the organization bureau.
Article Thirty Five: Branch
1- It is an establishment which runs the party’s operation within the remit of its capacities and activities.
2- It consists of:
1- Head of the branch.
2- An assistant (when necessary).
3- Six to eight admin staff for the sections.
4- Leaders of the districts.
5- Branch committee.
3- The branch sections undertake their tasks via forming commissions.
4- The normal meeting is monthly and the broad meeting is monthly.
Article Thirty Six: District
1- It is an establishment which runs the education and organisation affairs of the member circles within the district.
2- It consists of:
1- Head of the district.
2- Two admin staff for the districts which are office based.
3- Those that are in charge of the circles and the rings.
4- The normal meeting is fortnightly.
Article Thirty Seven: Circle
1- It is the primary contact point of the member network in the party.
2- The meeting is every ten days.
Article Thirty Eight: Membership Hierarchy
First Rank: Candidate Member is the person who has joined the party and completed membership form.
Second Rank: Organised member (affiliate) is the person who has successfully completed candidateship stage and takes part in the public function of the party.
Third Rank: Operative member is the person who has successfully completed affiliate stage and is suitable to accept accountability in the party.
Article Thirty Nine: Members’ Duties
1- Striving to serve the people and the country and protect their Islamic and national identity.
2- Working on self- education and training with the party manifesto.
3- Working to achieve the party’s objectives and its political agenda.
4- Keeping the party’s confidential matters.
5- Attempting to invite members and supporters to the party.
6- Fulfilling their tasks and complying with the party’s decisions and guidelines.
7- Give monetary subscription to the party.
Article Forty: Rights of the Members
1- Right of candidacy in accordance with the party’s internal code.
2- Right to express opinions, make suggestions and offer advice to all the members and establishments in the party.
3- Right to complain and self-defence.
4- Right to have a reasonable living when they are solely engaged in the party’s duties.
5- Right to receive ¾ of the financial entitlements for the members of the leadership council, politico bureau, the general secretary and SBM, when there is not a reasonable source of income.
Article Forty One: Punishments

Article Forty Three: Dissolution of the Party
In the case of dissolution, the movable and immovable properties of the party shall be donated to a similar party or a charitable organisation and this will be determined by the leadership council and founding members of the party in the running term.
KIU’s Strategic plan for the next four years
1- Expanding the constitutional achievements of the people of Kurdistan from federation to self-determination and becoming independent state.
2- Developing moderate and cooperative Islamic projects and activating Da’wa work (Calling to Islam) via the civic and community organisations.
3- Gaining the support of the Islamic forces in favour of the Kurdish cause.
4- Directing the deep and extensive reform process toward institutionalization in the region of Kurdistan and Iraq.
5- Striving to accomplish a fair distribution of the country’s wealth over the all areas.
6- Materializing a developed society by establishing the supreme values, deepening the spirit of tolerance and peaceful coexistence.
7- Educating and training active individuals in line with the general principles and specific objectives of the KIU manifesto and code of practice.
