Peshmerga Ministry demands Iraq to solve its border problems with Turkey

Under the pretext of the attack on the PKK militants, Turkey penetrated into the territory of Kurdistan Region as part of a military operation called (Claw-Tiger) posed a threat to the lives of citizens in those areas and killed and wounded many civilians, most of the villagers in those areas left their homes for fear of attacks, Iraq threatened to resort to Security Council against Turkey's attacks and its incursion into Iraqi territory.

Lieutenant General Jabbar Yawar, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Peshmerga in Kurdistan Regional Government in a statement to the Voice of America, declared that Iraq should seriously try to solve these problems with Turkey and resolve the matter politically.
