The province council of Kirkuk, on Thursday, approved the largest project plan on the province for the current year 2012, a budget of 598 billion Iraqi dinars, while the council confirmed on that it will monitor the work of companies that implementing these projects.
The head of the provincial council (Hassan Turan Bahaa Eddin) in an interview for "Alsumaria News" said "The Council held, today, an emergency session, approved on the larger plan projects in the history of the province in 2012," noting that "the budget that the plan amounted 598 billion Iraqi dinars ".
