Turkey announced, Thursday, that the Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu paid an official visit to Arbil next week to meet with Kurdistan Region President Masoud Barzani and "asked for his help" to resolve the issue of Kurds in the "post-Assad Syria" in a peaceful and constitutional way.
