Rejection of President of Kurdistan Region Massoud Barzani the signing of the General Amnesty Law No. 2 for the year 2012, which was ratified by the parliament of Kurdistan in 10/4/2012.

According to what has published by official site of the presidency of Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani had refused to sign the amnesty law and return it to the parliament of Kurdistan.
