Secretary General of the Ministry of Peshmerga for the Kurdistan region (Jabbar Yawar) at a news conference Monday declared that "the Iraqi government since 2007 does not implement the article, which came in the Iraqi budget law for the Peshmerga share in the budget"

 He also said, "Since 2007, the Iraqi government disbursement 36 trillion dinars for the Iraqi Ministry of Defense, but we did not spend even 36 dinars."

 About the existence of weapons Yawar refused the existence of fighter planes for Peshmerga .
