A member of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Islamic Union announced that the Islamic Union will not have a spokesman in the current session, all members of the Political Bureau can give statements to the media.

 Member of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Islamic Union (Samir Salim) in an exclusive speech for KurdIU said "The Islamic Union does not have a special post for official spokesman, all members of the Politburo can speak to the media on behalf of the party, because they are participating in the resolution on issues".
