Against the backdrop of publication of the magazine (Honia) a report on the Kurdistan Islamic Group, the Islamic Group considered it defamation against the Group and its leader, raised the Kurdistan Islamic Group a lawsuit against the magazine.

  The report refers to the history of the Islamic Group, and the relationship of the Group leader with regional countries, so the group raised a lawsuit against the magazine and the franchise owner and editor in chief, in police station (Saray), in Sulaimaniya governorate.
