Media advisor to the President of the Parliament of Kurdistan (Tariq Jawhar) during a statement confirmed to the assignment of the amnesty law to the presidency of the parliament.
He added that Kurdistan Parliament sent the law to the presidency of the region on Monday, 11/6/2012 for the purpose of authentication and signature.
