The Turkish government announced on Friday for the start of crude oil imported by truck from the Kurdistan Region.

 Turkish Energy Minister (Taner Yildiz) told reporters that "Turkey began to import between five and ten trucks per day of crude from Kurdistan".

 Turkish Energy Minister said that "the quantities may increase to between one hundred and two hundred trucks a day".
