KURDIU (Arbil): The Secretary General of the Ministry of Peshmerga in the Kurdistan Regional Government (Jabbar Yawar) in an interview with KurdIU confirmed the survival of the division 38 of the Iraqi army in its place.

Yawar said that "creeping any Iraqi force to the regions of the Kurdistan Region must not be done without the knowledge of the Peshmerga forces, noting to the former agreements between Baghdad and Arbil".
