KURDIU (Sulaimani): The head of the Electoral Commission (Faraj al-Haidari) in an interview with KurdIU said that "the provincial elections will be delayed from the scheduled date".
Haidari instructed the reason for that for delay of the adoption on the provincial elections law by the Parliament , noting at the same time that the Commission need to at least six months after the approval of parliament and the approval of the Prime Minister on the budget of the election.
