KURDIU (Sulaimani): The director of Endowments Department in Garmyan (Omar Fares Mohammed) in an interview with KurdIU confirmed that "at least three hundred of contractors with the Ministry of Endowments have not received their salaries for seven months, noting at the same time that they demanded the Ministry of Finance to renew their contracts, but the Ministry of Finance did not respond of pretext delay the ratification of the Territory's budget for more than six months.
