The website (wtabezh) spokesman of the Ministry of Peshmerga in the Kurdistan Regional Government, quoted that the Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region (Imad Ahmed) during a speech said that "the Iraqi government has not ratified the budget of the Peshmerga, until now, stressing at the same time that the Peshmerga forces part of the Iraq's forces defense, according to the Constitution.

 Deputy Prime Minister also revealed for trying to Government of the Territory for organizing, arming and training of the Peshmerga forces in legal ways and constitutional.
