Unfortunately, military mindset and the military way of solution is still dominant in Turkey. In these cold days of Winter, one the eve of the New Year, and while people are getting some rest, we witnessed a massacre on the borders.

A group of needy and poverty-stricken people, starving adolescents and poor Kurdish families were attacked brutally by the Turkish fight...ing airplanes.

If this ugly act and obvious crime is committed under the justification of technical mistake and false intelligence reports, it is unacceptable. In the era of new advanced technology and developed military tools, and for a country like Turkey which is a member of NATO, would fighting airplanes mix between armed people and unarmed people? or they don't want to make that difference!

With the tears of the fathers and mothers who have lost their children, and the widows who have lost their husbands, and children who have turned orphans in this massacre, I raise my voice and condemn this cowardice act. I send the relatives of the martyrs and the Kurdish nation in the North and pray for the wounded people's immediate recovery.

I hope that this incident will move the people with have conscience in Ankara and choose the political and peaceful ways instead of war and give up military solution rescuing all nations in Turkey from blood and tear
