A close figure  to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, Sunday ,revealed  the existence of a warrant arrest of 15 senior officials in the country were planning to assassinate al-Maliki, indicating that the coming days will witness the issuance of arrest warrants for other people involved in this case and conducted armed operations in other issues.
 A member of the state of law Adnan al-Sarraj "Shafaq  News", "the Iraqi judiciary has issued an arrest warrant against 15 officials in the great state were planning to assassinate Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki."
 Sarraj said that "investigations in the case of Vice President Tariq al-Hashemi led to access to these defendants."
 He said that "the Department of Investigation bigger day after the last and the coming days will witness the arrest of other people involved in this case and other terrorist operations."
 The Ministry of the Interior has offered, in the 19 of December, the confessions in the protection of Vice President Tariq al-Hashemi in which they highlighted that Hashemi told them personally about assassinations and bombings in Baghdad in return for cash, while issued a Supreme Judicial Council on the background of an arrest warrant for al-Hashemi, in accordance with Article IV of the anti-Terrorism Act.
