Kurdistan Parliament seeks to issue a law to prevent the smuggling of oil and its derivatives

The Committee of Oil and Energy in the Kurdistan Parliament announced the first reading to amend the draft law of smuggling of oil and its derivatives.

The committee said in a press statement that the parliament conducted the first reading to amend the draft law of smuggling of oil and its derivatives No. (41) for 2008, noting that the aim of the law is to protect the security of the economy in the Kurdistan region.

The draft law, one of the important projects submitted by the PUK bloc in parliament, to the Presidency of the Kurdistan Parliament.
