Demonstrations continue in the Kurdistan region against Turkey

Popular demonstrations condemning the Turkish attack on western Kurdistan continue in the cities of the Kurdistan region.

Erbil witnessed a demonstrations organized by a few dozen young Syrian refugees, in front of the United Nations Office, to denounce what they called "Turkish invasion", on Kurdish areas in Syria.

Demonstrators called on the international community to intervene immediately to stop the Turkish massacres against civilians in western Kurdistan.

On the other hand, activists in front of the US consulate headquarters, organized another demonstration, expressing their indignation at Washington's attitude towards the Turkish attack.

Meanwhile, a member of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Mahmoud Khushnaw, on Monday, that the Parliament of the Kurdistan Region will hold an extraordinary session tomorrow to discuss the file of Turkish attack on western Kurdistan.
