PKK said on Tuesday that Turkish warplanes destroyed a bridge in Amadiyah, north of Dohuk.

"Turkish warplanes destroyed the Shanki bridge targeting the areas of Nerwa and Rikan in Amadiyah, north of Dohuk," spokesman for the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) armed wing Rifan Walat told Alsumaria News.

"The bombing targeted the areas of Nirawa and Rikan, which are located on the Iraqi-Turkish border in Amadiyah north of Dohuk province," he said, adding that "the bridge connects several villages in the region."
