Kurdistan Parliament holds an extraordinary session to discuss a number of important issues related to the security of the region and the safety of its citizens.

A parliamentary source said that a number of members of the political blocs in the Kurdistan Parliament of 29 members, submitted a memorandum to the Presidency of the Kurdistan Parliament demanding an extraordinary session, indicating that the session will be on the reform law of retirement and savings in the salaries of staff of the region.

He added that part of the meeting will be devoted to discuss the Turkish incursion into the territory of the region, which have implications on the political process and economic security of Kurdistan, adding that the presidency of the parliament to determine the date of the meeting.
