Doctors in Sulaymaniyah today, Monday, August 10, 2020, began a strike due to the Kurdistan Regional Government's failure to respond to their demands, which is the distribution of their salary.

According to Kurdiu's information, through a memorandum they sent yesterday to the Kurdistan Regional Government, demanded to pay their salaries, in the event that their demands were not met, they would announce a strike, today all doctors announced a strike in all hospitals in Sulaymaniyah because their demands were not met.

It is noteworthy that the doctors in the city of Sulaymaniyah, administrations of Raparin, Garmian, and Halabja last month went on strike for two weeks due to late payment of their salaries.
