The Kurdistan Islamic Group bloc today, Tuesday, September 23, 2020, visited the Kurdistan Islamic Union bloc in the Kurdistan Parliament to express their support for the Kurdistan Islamic Union’s position in their withdrawal from the local government of the city of Dohuk.

The Kurdistan Islamic Group bloc in addition to expressing the support of the Islamic Group and its parliamentary bloc for the position of the Islamic Union, Abdul Sattar Majeed, head of the Kurdistan Islamic Group bloc in the Kurdistan Parliament declared that the political party should not concede under any pressure.

He added that the authority in Kurdistan is moving towards dictatorship day after day to the point of establishing a police and intelligence authority, nevertheless, it is a weak authority afraid of a parliamentarian signing to summon the prime minister to the parliament in which it is the majority.
