After the suspension of Turkish flights with Iraq and the Kurdistan Region due to the outbreak of Coronavirus, flights between the two countries were officially resumed.
Ahmed Hoshiar, Director of Erbil International Airport, announced in a press statement that according to the agreement between the Turkish and Iraqi Civil Aviation Authority, 40 flights will be organized between the two sides per month.
He added that the flights with Turkey began on September 24 with a flight by Pegasus airline.
