The Anti-Drug Directorate in Erbil announced the seizure of two kilograms of drugs in the Hajj Omran border crossing, which was in the possession of a person planning to smuggle it into the territory of the Kurdistan Region.

The Anti-Drug Directorate in Erbil announced today, Monday, November 30, 2020, the arrest of a suspect called (M.R.A.) at the Hajj Omran border crossing, who was intending to bring two kilograms of drugs into the Kurdistan Region.

The statement added that the accused is being held in accordance with Article 14 of the Drug Law.
