Two earthquakes hit Sinjar Mountains
An earthquake measuring 5.2 degrees occurred in the Syrian-Iraqi border area, inside Syrian territory.
The Syrian Seismological Center stated that an earthquake occurred at 1:17 in the afternoon in the Sinjar Mountains, which was felt by the residents of Hasaka and Deir Ezzor.
The earthquake was preceded, according to the source, by another earthquake of 4.4 magnitudes at 12:00 noon and two minutes, and it occurred in the same area as well.
