The Minister of Health of Kurdistan Region warns of an increase in cases of Coronavirus.

Kurdistan Regional Health Minister Saman Barzanji announced today, Wednesday, April 7, 2021, that during the past 24 hours, 1217 new cases of Coronavirus were recorded, and this is a record number.

He indicated that 13 people had died of the virus during the past 24 hours.

On the curfew, the Minister of Health indicated that it is possible to impose a partial curfew in some places to prevent the further spread of the virus.

He stressed that if the situation is not controlled, the rate of Coronavirus cases rises to 20%.
