The Ministry of Health in the Kurdistan Region announced the registration of 473 new cases of Coronavirus in the Kurdistan Region during the past 24 hours.

The Ministry announced conducting 8175 new laboratory tests for the Coronavirus in the Kurdistan Region today, Wednesday, June 16, 2021, 473 new cases of Coronavirus were recorded and 2 people died due to the virus.

The new cases were distributed as follows:

Sulaymaniyah: 199
Garmian: 29
Dohuk: 157
Halabja: 0

Raparin: 0

 

While the cases of recovery were distributed as follows:
Erbil: 123
Sulaymaniyah: 211
Garmian: 48
Dohuk: 102
Halabja: 1

Raparin: 3

 

The fatalities were distributed as follows:

Sulaymaniyah: 0
Dohuk: 2

Halabja: 0
