The Ministry of Health in the Kurdistan Region announced the registration of 3149 new cases of Coronavirus in the Kurdistan Region during the past 24 hours.

The Ministry announced conducting 16569 new laboratory tests for the Coronavirus in the Kurdistan Region today, Tuesday, Aug 3, 2021, 3149 new cases of Coronavirus were recorded and 16 people died due to the virus.

The new cases were distributed as follows:
Erbil: 848
Sulaymaniyah: 813
Garmian: 47
Dohuk: 1405
Halabja: 36

Raparin: 0

 

While the cases of recovery were distributed as follows:
Erbil: 286
Sulaymaniyah: 329
Garmian: 33
Dohuk: 143
Halabja: 3

Raparin: 4

 

The fatalities were distributed as follows:

Erbil: 3
Sulaymaniyah: 4
Dohuk: 8

Halabja: 1 

Garmian: 0

Raparin: 0
