The Ministry of Health in the Kurdistan Region announced the registration of 3220 new cases of Coronavirus in the Kurdistan Region during the past 24 hours.

The Ministry announced conducting 16507 new laboratory tests for the Coronavirus in the Kurdistan Region today, Thursday, Aug 5, 2021, 3220 new cases of Coronavirus were recorded and 14 people died due to the virus.

The new cases were distributed as follows:
Erbil: 754
Sulaymaniyah: 927
Garmian: 71
Dohuk: 1400
Halabja: 49

Raparin: 19

 

While the cases of recovery were distributed as follows:
Erbil: 80
Sulaymaniyah: 319
Garmian: 40
Dohuk: 156
Halabja: 14

Raparin: 6

 

The fatalities were distributed as follows:

Erbil: 5
Sulaymaniyah: 4
Dohuk: 4

Halabja: 1 

Garmian: 0

Raparin: 0
