The Kurdistan Regional Government issues a decision on the stay of foreigners in Kurdistan and grants them residence permits.

According to a decision of the Kurdistan Regional Government, any foreigner who buys a property worth $50,000 in the Kurdistan Region can obtain a residence permit for three years or more.

It added that the decision will be worked on in coordination with the Ministry of Interior and the Kurdistan Regional Investment Board and is scheduled to be implemented in the coming periods.
