The Iraqi Prime Minister said that there is no such thing as the distribution of salaries, but what exists is to send the budget of the Kurdistan Region.

Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Sudani said the Federal Court is the body we often turn to to resolve disputes.

"There is no such thing as salary distribution, but sending the budget of the Kurdistan Region and we have started to implement the work of banking the salaries of the Kurdistan Region," he said.

"As for the Kurdistan Region, you should not demand your rights and not fulfill your duties and all oil and non-oil revenues should be handed over to Iraq," he said.

"We in the federal government cannot pay the $26 per barrel of oil because we have no legal support," he said.

"We have two solutions to solve the oil problem in the Kurdistan Region, either the oil contracts must be amended, or the budget must be amended," he said.
