He added, "Our bloc recently met with the Iraqi Prime Minister and we asked him in writing to raise the issue of resolving the siege on Sulaymaniyah Airport with the Turkish President during his visit to Iraq."

He added, "Iraq and Turkey have strong economic relations and annual trade worth more than 20 billion dollars. The two countries are important to each other. Water security will be the subject of another discussion between Turkey and Iraq, and political, security, and other issues will also be discussed".

He added, "International issues will be resolved in Iraq in accordance with the constitution, which stipulates that Iraq will not become a threat to neighboring countries and that the sovereignty of Iraqi lands and airspace will be respected and not infringed upon."

He said, "It is not necessary for Iraq to be able to implement what Turkey requests, especially with regard to security and politics. This is of course true for Turkey, and it is not necessary for Turkey to be able to implement what Iraq requests."
