The Iraqi Supreme Court will meet on Sunday to consider the complaint submitted by the Iraqi Minister of Immigration and Displacement against the Kurdistan Regional Government regarding the return of refugees to their homes and the closure of refugee camps.

The Federal Court is scheduled to meet on Sunday to decide on the complaint submitted by the Iraqi Minister of Immigration and Displacement against the President of the Kurdistan Region, the Prime Minister, and the Minister of Interior.

In the complaint, the Iraqi Minister of Immigration and Displacement called to provide for the needs of refugee families and reduce the burdens on them, as well as to close camps and voluntarily return refugees in a timely manner, in accordance with the decisions of the Iraqi Council of Ministers in 2019.
