Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that he held a productive meeting with Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani in Erbil.

He said that they support the steps taken by the Iraqi government to ensure lasting stability in the country, which Mohammed Shia Sudani takes.

He said Turkey insists on ending terrorism by any means and will not allow those who deal with terrorist organizations and use them as tools.

He said that during his visit to Erbil, they held a productive meeting with the President of the Kurdistan Region Nechirvan Barzani.

"Drying up the terrorism in Syria and Iraq will not only be through Turkey's movements, but also through joint Iraqi efforts," he said.
