UNRWA: Israel has set a record for genocide

The head of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRAWA) said the Zionist regime set records in the massacre of children, aid workers, media activists, and health workers.

"Words cannot describe the crimes of the six-month war against Gaza. Everything has been destroyed, including hospitals and UN headquarters," Philippe Lazzarini, head of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) said, adding that in violation of humanitarian and international law and all red lines have been violated.

"The lives of two million people in the Gaza Strip were destroyed in a second and a large number of loved ones were lost. Everything is rare and unavailable except sad hearts," he said.

"This is the worst war in the use of technologies used to harm people," Lazzarini said.

"Man-made famine is eating the bodies of infants and children, and the famine caused by the Israeli blockade in the Gaza Strip has made the situation worse and makes us think we are living in another era," he said.

He said that along with all these crimes, attacks on the headquarters of UNRWA, the largest aid agency in the Gaza Strip, continue with the aim of dismantling the agency and depriving millions of Palestinians of its assistance.
