The Turkish forces continued to advance towards (Batifa) district, and in some areas, they advanced about 45 to 50 km.

The head of the Peshmerga committee in the Kurdistan Parliament announced that Peshmerga forces and the Iraqi border guards stationed in the border areas, especially in (Matina) mountain.

Added that the Peshmerga forces are coordinating with the Iraqi border guards to protect the property and lives of citizens.

It is worth noting that the Turkish forces started a military operation since 22 days ago against the strongholds and headquarters of the Kurdistan Workers Party in the Kurdistan Region.
