Spokesman of the Kurdistan Region Presidency Dilshad Shahab told the media that the issue of security and stability in the Kurdistan Region and Iran will be the topic of talks between Nechirvan Barzani and Ibrahim Raisi.

Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi met with Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani in Tehran.

The meeting was held away from the media, but earlier the spokesman of the Kurdistan Region Presdincy Dilshad Shahab told the media that the issue of security and stability in the Kurdistan Region and Iran will be the topic of discussions between Nechirvan Barzani and Ibrahim Raisi.

According to the agenda of the visit, after the meeting with Ibrahim Raisi, Nechirvan Barzani will meet with the Supreme Leader of Iran.

The Kurdistan Region President arrived in Tehran on Sunday, May 5, at an official invitation from the Islamic Republic of Iran.
