Kurdistan Region...Darbandikhan Dam overflowed
After eight years, the second-largest dam in the Kurdistan region overflowed again and the water level of the dam exceeded three billion cubic meters.
Saman Ismail, director of Darbandikhan Dam, told reporters: “After eight years, the dam was full and overflowed".
"The dam has exceeded three billion cubic meters of water," he said.
