Salahaddin Mohammad Bahaaddin, Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union (KIU), accompanied by a delegation of executives and leadership, on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, visited the Iranian Consulate in Sulaimani and was welcomed by Mahmoudiyan, Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran and his accompanying delegation.

During the visit, the Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union extended his condolences to the Iranian government and people on the death of Ibrahim Raisi and his accompanying delegation who died in the past few days due to their plane crash.
