The head of the Federation of Iranian Airlines Companies announced the suspension of flights between his country and Iraq.

Maqsoud Asadi Samani, head of the Iranian Airlines Federation, announced today, Saturday, at a press conference, the suspension of flights between Iran and Najaf and Baghdad airports until the end of the visit of the (Arbaeenia) ceremony of Imam Hussein.

The head of the Federation of Iranian Airlines added that Iraq could send its citizens to Iran via Iraqi airlines.

Maqsoud indicated that Iraq does not receive foreign visitors due to the Coronavirus.
