The spokesman for the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Major General Yahya Rasoul, on Monday, announced the arrest of a leader in ISIS in Sulaymaniyah.

Rasoul said in a statement that "in a qualitative operation based on accurate information, follow-up and joint coordination with the Asayish of Sulaymaniyah Governorate, the Counter-Terrorism Service has arrested a leader in the terrorist ISIS organization."

He added, "The Counter-Terrorism Service will announce more painful strikes".
