Sulaymaniyah Appeals Court calls for lifting the immunity of Ali Hama Salih, deputy of Kurdistan Parliament.

Sulaimaniyah Appeals Court, in an official letter, addressed to the Kurdistan Parliament, announced that according to a lawsuit that was registered by the Directorate of the Bashamakh Border Crossing Complex against Ali Hama Saleh, the deputy in the Parliament of Kurdistan, that he accused them on Facebook that they illegally entered trucks into the territory of the Kurdistan Region without paying customs.

The letter indicated that the deputy has legal immunity, so he called on Parliament to inform them of their consent to lift the immunity of the aforementioned MP, to take legal measures against him.
