The World Health Organization announced, Tuesday, that a report prepared by independent experts at the World Health Organization who visited China, on the origins of the emerging coronavirus, is likely to be issued next week.

"We heard from technical experts, members of the mission, that the report is likely to be issued next week," Christian Lindmeier, a spokesman for the organization, said in a press briefing.

Earlier, the report on the results of the visit to China was expected to be released this week.

Maria Van Krikoff, an infectious disease expert at the World Health Organization, revealed yesterday, Monday, that the size of the increase in the global infection rate with the Coronavirus had reached an 11% increase over the past week.

Meanwhile, China confirmed earlier that it will continue to work with the World Health Organization to search for the origin of the Coronavirus that appeared in China in December 2019.
