The Ministry of Health in the Kurdistan Region announced the registration of 1092 new cases of Coronavirus in the Kurdistan Region during the past 24 hours.

The Ministry announced conducting 11073 new laboratory tests for the Coronavirus in the Kurdistan Region today, Thursday, April 8, 2021, 1092 new cases of Coronavirus were recorded and 5 people died due to the virus.

The new cases were distributed as follows:
Erbil: 263
Sulaymaniyah: 299
Garmian: 74
Dohuk: 425
Halabja: 3

Raparin: 28

 

While the cases of recovery were distributed as follows:
Erbil: 92
Sulaymaniyah: 81
Garmian: 19
Dohuk: 289
Halabja: 1

Raparin: 1

 

The fatalities were distributed as follows:

Erbil: 2
Sulaymaniyah: 1
Dohuk: 1

Halabja: 0 

Garmian: 1

Raparin: 0
