Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union, Salahuddin Muhammad Bahaauddin, considered that the Kurdish-Kurdish fighting is a clear indication of the political failure of the parties.

This came in a tweet to him, yesterday, Saturday, in which he commented on the recent security events in the border region of the Kurdistan Region.

He said: "Unfortunately, the specter of Kurdish-Kurdish fighting is hanging over the country," adding: "Everyone's responsibility is to resort to reason."

He continued: "The fighting is an indication of the political failure of the parties." "The stern is not the one who threatens to resort to war, but the one who improves the art of resorting to peaceful solutions, and his concern is not to shed a single drop of blood."

Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union concluded by saying: "No to war, yes to peace."
