The Joint Operations Room in Sulaymaniyah issued Yesterday, Saturday, a statement regarding the arrest of a suspect accused of committing crimes during the past days.

The statement of operations stated that based on the recommendations of Qubad Talabani, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, a joint operations room was formed, which included the Asayish Foundation, the Protection and Information / Information Foundation in the Kurdistan Region, the Asayish Directorate of Sulaymaniyah Governorate, the General Directorate for Combating Terrorism and the General Directorate of Sulaymaniyah Police, with the aim of The investigation and search for the accused of committing two crimes during the past two days, explaining that, after intensifying efforts, the main accused was arrested within less than 24 hours.

Added: The accused was handed over to the judiciary in order to receive punishment, stressing that the city of Sulaymaniyah is a city of stability for all, by ensuring the protection of security and stability for civilians, without exception.
