The Iraqi Ministry of Health announced that during the past 24 hours, 2477 new cases of Coronavirus were recorded in Iraq.

The Iraqi Ministry of Health, during a statement today, Saturday, January 15, 2022, announced that 15450 laboratory tests have been conducted for the Coronavirus during the past 24 hours, the results showed that 2477 new cases of Coronavirus were recorded, 5 people died due to the virus, and 335 patients recovered.

The Iraqi Ministry of Health indicated that the majority of the new cases were in Baghdad/Karkh.
